If there is an outstanding payment on your Healthy Pet Plus Membership, our system will automatically suspend the membership. This means the clinic won’t be able to apply any benefits until your account is brought up to date.
The good news is that once payment is made, your membership will be reactivated immediately. You can:
- Settle the payment directly at the clinic
- Follow the secure link provided in any of the emails or SMS's we’ve sent you
- Update your credit card details and make a payment via our online billing portal
- Reach out to us via Chat on our website: www.greencrossvets.com.au/healthy-pets-plus
